Wassailing Willesden Green – Sunday 23rd January 2011 2.30pm – 5.00pm

Be a part of the original incredible local London wassailing.

Rachel Rose Reid writes ”We take the ancient English tradition of Wassailing and re-appropriate it for the urban space, celebrating our local independent shopkeepers and infusing our High Street with a dose of happiness in the depths of winter.

Join us for a song and story walk through Willesden Green, help us to celebrate our apple tree’s first birthday (the one we planted outside the library!), and come to Monsoon Cafe afterwards for hot drinks and chatter”.
